It’s sleek, it’s sophisticated – and it’s a real head-turner. This week on RPM TV, we test-drive the latest drop-top from Mercedes-Benz. And the E500 Cabriolet is certainly a sophisticated machine, with lots of gizmos, and ample get-up-and-go.

The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has taken a long time to reach us after is 2009 launch, but the good news is that the turbodiesel-powered off-roader has a lot going for it in terms of space, equipment and dynamic talent. We take it off the beaten track.

Chinese marque Chery has been around for a while now, and its QQ3 ultra-compact hatch is finding favour with entry-level buyers. The larger J1 lifestyle hatch is an interesting motoring proposition, and it’s well priced, too. So, where’s the catch?
